We haven't had a lot going on the past few weeks. We're just trying to make it through the last weeks of winter. If you don't live in the midwest then it might interest you to know that we've had a busy winter. So far (and this is not counting the snow storm predicted for this weekend) we've had over 50 inches of snow since December 1st. Our usual amount of snow for this time of year?....19 inches. That's not even counting all the wind, ice, freezing rain, blizzard conditions and the huge piles of snow sitting around everyone's driveway. So you might say winter has been a little hard this year. The kids keep us busy and laughing though. So here's some pictures of them.
Here they are staging out a protest for mom and dad to buy more than one piece of furniture for the living room.
I think in this one Maddie was sending me a message to turn up the heat. Our avg. temp for Dec. this year was 1 degree. (no, that's not a typo. 1 degree is correct.)
Mmmm...brownies. The problem with brownies, you have to cook them!

Very cute. Just started following your blog, can't wait to read and see more. My husband has family in Iowa so have been there many times.
